Notes for a Better Round

At Hole and One, we’re always looking to amplify voices that highlight the deeper, more meaningful aspects of golf.

Recently, we came across Notes on Mental Health and Golf, an original pocketbook created by Jack Norman, designed to enhance mental health through the sport we all love. We couldn’t be more inspired by his work.

This pocket-sized guide is filled with thought-provoking statements, gentle reminders, and space to jot down personal reflections - all crafted to help golfers connect with their mental well-being while enjoying their time on the course.

It’s the perfect companion for anyone who finds peace, clarity, and growth while playing solo rounds.

After the initial release, Jack shared this on his Instagram:

"Thank you to all those who have messaged about the book, whether you purchased from the first drop or not. I was skeptical about releasing this project at all, but the reception has motivated me to release a much larger quantity of books, with the hope that they will reach as many people as possible. Here’s to us! ❤️"

If you’re interested in getting your own copy, Notes on Mental Health and Golf is back in stock and available at notesonmentalhealth.com.

And, be sure to check out Jack's Instagram for more images and updates.

Here’s to a brighter mindset - one solo round at a time!
